Payment Policy:

1. Min. 25% advance cost has to be made for booking confirmation.
2. 30 days or more before departure 25% of total cost.
3. 29 – 20 days before departure 50% of total cost.
4. Within 20 days 100% of total cost.
5. Group booking/Flight confirmation as per airline/Travel Shuru policy.

Cancellation Policy:

1. Cancellation stage: 31 or more days prior to departure.

25% of package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 31 or more days before departure.

2. Cancellation stage: 22 to 30 days prior to departure.

50% of package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation between 22 to 30 days before departure.

3. Cancellation stage: 15 to 21 days prior to departure

75% of package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation between 15 to 21 days before departure.

4. Cancellation stage: Within 15 days before departure.

100% of package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 15 days before departure.

T&C:

1. Package rates are subject to change without prior notice.
2. Booking Amount will be Nonrefundable.
3. Service Tax shall be applicable over and above the package prices.
4. In case of unavailability in the given hotels, alternate accommodation will be made in a hotel of similar standard.
5. A maximum of 3 adults are allowed in one room. The third occupant shall be provided a mattress/rollaway bed.
6. Booking will only be entertained in case of availability on D-5 basis.
7. Any amendments in Air tickets like Date Change, Name Change, Change in timings or airlines will lead to penalty as per Airlines policy.
8. Flight tickets are not blocked at the time of sharing the quote and rates may vary at the time of actual booking (post receiving advance payment), difference in amount will be borne by customer.
9. Entrance, Activity, Museum charges etc are not included in package unless specifically stated in Inclusions section.
10. The above package is not valid during national holidays, festivals & long weekends (Black Out dates).
11. Any unused services of the package will not be adjusted or refunded.
12. Transportation/Car service will be offered point to point as per the itinerary and not on disposal basis.
13. No rooms are blocked at the time of sharing quote & same will be confirmed post receiving payments.
14. All given rates are on per person basis.
15. In case of amendments in Guest count there will be difference in package price on per person.
16. Meals other than specified in inclusions above will not be part of the package cost.
17. A/C will not be operational on an Hilly areas.
18. In case of natural calamities and force majeure circumstances which lead to change in itinerary, change in hotel and other services the customer will have to bear the cost.
19. Refund on cancellation strictly depends upon the cancellation policy.
20. Airlines are available with Nonrefundable fares which has to be cross checked with your Sales rep at the time of quotation.
21. Car service will not be provided on leisure days/free days.
22. If your flights involve a combination of different airlines we will not be held responsible in case of any missing/cancellation or any other changes from airlines end.
23. In case of any mishappening on ground (Due to transporter/Any third party operator) Travel Shuru will be there to support you in best possible way but won’t be held responsible for it.
24. Booking will be non refundable in case booked within 15 days of departure.
25. Any modification on tour has to be paid directly to the vendor/hotel before the tour ends.
26. Special payment/cancellation policy will be applicable during peak period.
